Bayonne Ham Fair

For over 5 centuries the Bayonnaise have celebrated their hams and the ham industry over Easter Week. Wander around the stalls and experience the taste and smells of the hams, Pyrenean cheeses, Espelette chillis, chorizos, washed down with apple wine, or a Basque beer, or a local wine. This event is definately one not to miss.
