TO RENT - A spacious, peaceful, stylish and clean surf house for grown-ups, on the coast and near ski slopes. Slap bang in the middle of it all, 10 mins walk to La Piste, 10 mins on bike to Hossegor, 1 min walk to shops, bars, snack-bars etc. Ski slopes 1.5 hours' drive.
The price here is a daily rate from February to May, the house is also available for other months at different rates. If you would like to stay for a week or more then we are open to an offer.
The house can accommodate 11 people. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit.

The Space
The price also includes fresh bed linen and bath towels, a place to store your boards and bikes, wifi, internet tv etc. There is an outdoor patio for relaxing, waxing boards etc.
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The House
There are 4 bright and spacious bedrooms : 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, one bedroom has 3 single beds and the big room has 4 single beds. Any 2 single beds can be transformed into a double, so we can set up the beds to your liking.
The kitchen is well equipped with an induction oven and hob, dish-washer and 2 fridges.
There is a large collection of dvds and a tv with internet in the cosy corner.
There is one bathroom (shower + toilet + sink) and one toilet room (toilet + sink) in the house. There is also a fun hot private shower in the storage area.

Guest Access
Biarritz airport - shuttle bus to Bayonne (Chronoplus eu), then bus (rdtl fr) direction Dax and get off at Capbreton or we can arrange pick-up directly from the airport.
Bordeaux airport - train to Labenne if possible, if not then to Bayonne or Dax. Then take bus no.7 to Capbreton. Look up "rdtl" France. Or best to hire car, 1.5 hours drive.
Bilbao airport - bus to Biarritz or Bayonne or best to hire car, under two- hours drive.
Car : 10 minutes drive from exit 8 on A63 motorway from Bordeaux to Spain.
Free car park 50m from house.
Free street parking in Capbreton.

Please let us know your arrival time so we can be there to great you and give you the keys. If you have any queries or would like any other information during your stay then please let us know, we're never very far.
The Neighborhood
h2o is slap bang Capbreton, an authentic French town hosting bars, restaurants, bakeries, home-made fast-food shops, take-away pizzas only 2 minutes walk from the house. La Piste is only 10 minutes walk from the house and just 5 minutes by bike.
There are cycle lanes throughout the town and free street parking is available near all surf spots.
Getting Around
h2o is about 10 minutes walk from the main bus station.
Transport to and from Biarritz airport, Dax, Bayonne, Labenne train station can be arranged.
Other Things to Note
There are many bars just 2 minutes walk from the house and night-clubs only 10 minutes bike-ride away where you can party all night. Smoking is permitted on the patio. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood where people live all year-round, so please try not to disturb the peace during the evening or night.
Deposit
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit for your booking.
The security deposit is 1000 euros if you require surfboards and bikes, 500 euros without.

End of stay cleaning - to keep our prices low for you surfers and families, we don't add a cleaning fee as we ask you to respect the cleanliness of the house and to leave it as you found it. IF you would like US to clean the house on your departure rather than doing it yourself, there will be a supplement payable during your stay.
